We are looking for you who want to work in a professional stable environment where horse welfare, structure, and quality are in focus.

At our facility, the stable is a central part of the operation. Horses, students, and staff meet here every day, and we place great emphasis on the work functioning well, both practically and in the collaboration between people.

We actively work on developing our routines and working methods, and we are looking for someone who already has experience with stable work and wants to be part of an operation with high ambitions.

Job Responsibilities

You will become part of our stable team and work closely with both horses and people in the daily operations.

The work includes:

• Daily stable maintenance (mucking out, feeding, turning horses in and out)
• Horse handling in various situations
• Wound care and follow-up
• Handling horses during convalescence, e.g.
• Contribute to high quality in the meeting with students, parents, and visitors
• Equipment care
• Contribute to the facility maintaining high quality and feeling welcoming to our customers.

You have previously worked in a stable and are confident in your role.

You:

• Have good horse sense and take responsibility in the daily work
• Are accustomed to routines and can work independently
• Enjoy a job with pace and structure
• Have a good manner and contribute to a positive environment in the stable

We would also like you to:

• Have an eye for detail and quality
• Enjoy an operation where working methods and routines are developed
• Be solution-oriented and engaged
• Have a horse groomer qualification (meritorious but not a requirement)

About the Position

• Full-time / Part-time / Casual
• Opportunities for morning, evening, and/or weekend shifts
• Start date by agreement
• Salary according to collective agreement
